1. Can I book a photo shoot and a video shoot within the same session?

Motive Plus Productions is able to provide photography and videography services during one session!

2. How will my images/video be delivered?

​

Motive Plus Productions develops a personalized online gallery (Pixieset.com) to deliver your high quality images . You will be able to download your images using the personalized online gallery.

​

Videos are delivered via WeTransfer.com. A Facebook, Instagram, and Regular Computer/TV version will be delivered using WeTransfer.com.

​

Images or videos can be placed on a USB drive or CD if requested by clients. An extra fee will be placed for the purchase and delivery of the USB Drive/CD.

3. How does Motive Plus Productions accept payments?

Motive Plus Productions accepts payments via credit/debit card and cash. Cash App, Apple Pay Venmo, or any other similar forms of payment will not be accepted. 

​

4. When will my images or video be delivered?

​

The current turn around time for IMAGES is approximately 1 WEEK at the absolute latest. The current turn around time for VIDEO PROJECTS is approximately two (2) weeks. These current turn around times does not apply to bigger projects (weddings, events, etc...) which can be discussed during consultation.
